STEVE
Individual results may vary.
Case ID: 0757Steve had been very afraid of having dental treatment done and had been avoiding dental treatment for years. As a result, none of his upper and lower teeth could be restored and required extraction. He was very apprehensive about wearing a lower removable denture because most of his friends were unhappy with the looseness of their lower dentures.
Dr. Joseph Cavallo suggested the placement of two dental implants in the lower jaw after we removed the lower teeth. These implants could be used to help stabilize the lower denture. His treatment included a new complete upper removable denture and two lower implants were used as lower denture anchors for a snug and secure fit.
Now Steve can eat anything he desires without the concern of the lower denture being loose. Not only did Steve’s chewing ability improve, you can see the improvement in his smile as well.
